Join us for the very first of a monthly movement meditation event combining somatic release and healing ractices derived from belly dance, activating our unique voices through expression and clearing any stuck energy in the throat chakra, or Vishuddah Chakrah.

Held on the beach, we will move our bodies with the rhythm of the ocean to beautiful meditative Arabic sounds, empowering our unique selves in a fun way.

After the movement portion, each attendee will receive thier own special crystal to hold on the throat chakra for a final relaxation.

The event will commence with homemade spirulina lemonade as you get a chance to meet other beautiful spirits and time to shop hip scarves for home practice.
