Belly Cardio: This is a belly dance class for those who want to get their sweat on. It is a high-intensity cardiovascular exercise while using simple combinations of belly dance moves to a variety of traditional and modern tunes. If you love Zumba, this belly dance fusion is a great class for fun and fitness!

Belly Drills: An overall introduction to belly dance class, this is core strengthening as I break down basic belly dance technique while focusing on proper form. Each move is drilled to achieve proper alignment. These moves are then turned into a simple combination that is repeated for practice. Do not let the slow pace fool you, this is an intense core workout!

Belly Burn: This fun and fast HIIT 30-minute style workout focuses on tightening and strengthening the core with belly dance style moves interspersed with slower movements to force that HIIT style training alongside feeling great in your body without the risk of injuries!

Barre/Yoga Sculpt: A full hour of a mat workout incorporating Ballet, Yoga and Pilates, alongside ab and glute, exercises that strengthen, tone and aid flexibility all set to fun music. This workout is relaxing with a deep stretch while getting total body conditioning.

First Friday Dance Fitness: If you want to sweat to a super fun dance workout and drink wine or my homemade sangria, my first Friday dance fitness class is here the first Friday of each month. Join us for one hour of fun world fusion dance fitness moves featuring some special themed based tunes plus 15 minutes of a special activity AND wine. Some previous month’s have included Belly Dance, Chair Dance, Hip Hop with well known dancers.

Barre & Brunch Club: Join us a for a full hour barre mat workout, Jeni style, including ballet exercises, Pilates, yoga, stretches and more, designed to stretch and strengthen the muscles for full body toning, set to fun music. Restorative Belly Dance: Introducing a NEW class to stretch, open the body and RESTORE using the art of belly dance! Come and relax, breathe, and using techniques designed to be natural for the body, feel good through movement! This is a gentle class that is all inclusive regardless of age, dance ability and is safe for those who might be healing from injuries.

Chair Dance: This class is a 8 (non-performers)-10 (performers)-week session every three months that combines a sexy sassy workout while learning the choreography for an entire song. The last 2 weeks are offered to those who wish to perform the song they learned but is NOT required.
