*As the city reaches its green phase, at Shimmy Well, your wellness is the first priority. Therefore, we will be continuing to offer classes LIVEstreamed via Zoom and also for purchase via Zoom recorded session for you to use at a later date for up to a week. We will continue to monitor the safety of in person classes and update everyone as soon as possible. Please see below to continue to enjoy class offerings.
